Our DIY party kits are the most affordable choice. You pick up and drop off the kit at our location in NE Portland. As part of this option, you're responsible for returning the items clean — just as you received them.

We make it easy. For sleepover and Nerf party rentals, delivery and pickup are just $40 within 20 miles of NE Portland.

For soft play rentals, our premium delivery + setup service is $80. We handle everything: delivery, professional setup, breakdown, and pickup, so you can simply enjoy the party.

We want to keep things fair and easy for everyone. The hold on your card is purely a safeguard; we only charge it if items come back unclean (requiring a cleaning fee), damaged, lost, or late. If everything returns clean and on time, the hold is released with no charge to you. Simple as that.

• Sleepover and Nerf packages: $25 per additional day

• Soft play $50 per additional day

If equipment is not returned within two days of the agreed‑upon return date, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost of the equipment.

Clients are expected to return items:

• Free of food residue

• Free of excessive dirt or debris

• In the same condition as received

We take cleaning and safety seriously so you can relax and enjoy the party. Our process varies by equipment type:

Standard party kits (sleepover, Nerf, etc.)

• Visual inspection after every rental

• Spot cleaning as needed

• Weekly deep cleaning

Soft play equipment

• Full sanitization after every rental

• Air‑dried before storage

• Structural inspection of seams, Velcro, and foam integrity

We accept credit card payments securely through our third‑party provider, Stripe.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Last‑minute bookings are welcome if our calendar shows availability, just check online or DM us.

We understand plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations:

• More than 7 days out: Full refund – no questions asked.

• 3–6 days out: 50% refund (or we can credit the full amount toward a future booking).

• Less than 48 hours: No refund, but you're welcome to send a friend in your place – just let us know.

Rescheduling is always free if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Yes. Every kit includes a simple, illustrated instruction card. For delivery + setup services, we handle everything so you don’t have to lift a finger.
