Our DIY party kits are the most affordable choice. You pick up and drop off the kit at our location in NE Portland. As part of this option, you're responsible for returning the items clean, just as you received them.

Yes! We offer two delivery options depending on your rental type, both based on your distance from NE Portland.

DELIVERY ONLY — Sleepover & Nerf Weekend Rentals. We deliver and pick up your kit. You handle the setup yourself.

Zone 1 (0–10 miles): $75

Zone 2 (11–20 miles): $140

Zone 3 (21–30 miles): $200

DELIVERY + SETUP & BREAKDOWN — Soft Play Rentals Only (The Little Gathering & The Big Gathering) We deliver, professionally set up, break down, and pick up everything. You just enjoy the party.

To make setup smooth, please have the following ready:

Parking access, we need one of the following:

• Driveway

• Street parking

• Parking lot

• Garage or parking structure

Setup access, please let us know in advance if your space requires:

• Ground level / walk-in access (preferred)

• Stairs

• Elevator

• Gated or code entry

For gated communities or code-entry buildings, please provide access details when you book so we can plan accordingly.

We can set up on dry/clean grass, concrete, patio, or turf.

We are not able to set up on dirt, patchy lawns, wet grass, mud, bark dust, gravel, rock, or sand. If you're unsure about your surface, send us a photo via DM or email before booking and we'll let you know if it works.

Yes, with some seasonal guidelines given Portland's weather:

- July–September: Indoor and outdoor setup both available

- October–April: Indoor only

- May–June: Outdoor is okay with an indoor backup plan required

We want to keep things fair and easy for everyone. The hold on your card is purely a safeguard; we only charge it if items come back unclean (requiring a cleaning fee), damaged, lost, or late. If everything returns clean and on time, the hold is released with no charge to you. Simple as that.

• Sleepover and Nerf packages: $25 per additional day

• Soft play $50 per additional day

If equipment is not returned within two days of the agreed‑upon return date, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost of the equipment.

$40 if items are returned dirty.

Clients are expected to return items:

• Free of food residue

• Free of excessive dirt or debris

• In the same condition as received

We take cleaning and safety seriously so you can relax and enjoy the party. Our process varies by equipment type:

Standard party kits (sleepover, Nerf, etc.)

• Visual inspection after every rental

• Spot cleaning as needed

• Weekly deep cleaning

Soft play equipment

• Full sanitization after every rental

• Air‑dried before storage

• Structural inspection of seams, Velcro, and foam integrity

We accept credit card payments securely through our third‑party provider, Stripe.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Last‑minute bookings are welcome if our calendar shows availability, just check online or DM us.

We understand plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations:

• More than 7 days out: Full refund – no questions asked.

• 3–6 days out: 50% refund (or we can credit the full amount toward a future booking).

• Less than 48 hours: No refund, but you're welcome to send a friend in your place – just let us know.

Rescheduling is always free if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Yes. Every kit includes a simple, illustrated instruction card. For delivery + setup services, we handle everything so you don’t have to lift a finger.

No problem. Just text or email us before your return time. Extension fees apply (see late return policy) and are subject to availability

- Soft play: 6 months – 5 years
- Nerf: 5 – 12 years
- Sleepover: 4+ years

• adult supervision required for all the kits

Yes! Many families combine a sleepover kit with a soft play package, or Nerf with soft play for siblings of different ages. Just add both to your cart and we’ll coordinate pickup/delivery.
